Instrucciones para la Sustitución del Acetato fusor.

Es muy importante aplicar la grasa correctamente al substituir los acetatos del fusor. La instalación incorrecta dará lugar a inconvenientes o el daño del acetato fusor. Siga por favor las siguientes instrucciones para substituir el acetato del fusor:

·        Retire el acetato dañado y todos los residuos dejados por el daño del mismo.

·        Limpie bien la superficie de la lámpara de calor usando alcohol Isopropílico.

·        Aplique la grasa de temperatura uniformemente con movimientos hacia delante y hacia atrás, asegúrese que no se pegue al acetato: La cantidad a aplicar es alrededor de 0.5 a 1 gramo (2 onzas).  Utilice una espátula, preferiblemente de madera. 

    ·        Instale el acetato asegurando que la linea de conducion a tierra esta bien

           alineada para hacer contacto con el engrane de goma que viene en el rodillo de

           presion

   ·        Gire manualmente varias veces el acetato para verificar que quedo bien instalado.

Instructions for Replacing Fuser Film Sleeves.

 It is very important to apply grease properly when replacing fuser film sleeves. Improper installation will result in no-turning or damage of the film. Please follow the following instruction to replace fuser film sleeves:

• Take off damaged/used fixing film from fixing film assembly or fuser.
• Clean surface of heating element using Q-tip with alcohol.
• Apply grease to about 15-20 places on the surface of the heater (heating element and fixture). Total amount of grease to apply is around 0.035oz or 1 gram for Letter/A4, and 0.07 oz or 2.0 gram for A3(wide) paper printer
• Place the spatula at an angle on the surface of the heater and spread the grease evenly over the surface with one forward and backward movement. Make sure no grease is applied to the surface of the film sleeve.
• Position the film into heater, and the end of the film with ground ring should be in good contact with the conductive rubber gear of pressure roller or the conductive brush after installation.
